【摘要】:Thisguideestablishestheminimumnationalstandardfortrainingtheemergencymedicaltechnician(basic)toperformpatientexaminationtechniquesonpatientsofallages.Thisguideshallbeusedbythosewhowishtoidentifytheminimumtrainingstandardfortheemergencymedicaltechnician(basic)asitrelatestotheperformanceofpatientexaminationtechniques.ThisguideshallbeusedasthebasistorevisePracticeF1031.Everypersonwhoisidentifiedasanemergencymedicaltechnician(basic)shallhavebeentrainedinaccordancewiththisguide.ThisguidedoesnotstandaloneandmustbeusedinconjunctionwiththeapplicabledocumentscitedinSection2.1.1Thisguidecoverstheminimumpatientexaminationtechniquesthattheemergencymedicaltechnician(basic)shallbetrainedtousewhenassessingillorinjuredpatientsofallages.1.2Thisguideisoneofaserieswhichtogetherdescribetheminimumtrainingstandardfortheemergencymedicaltechnician(basic).1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
