【摘要】:Thisguideisforthoseresponsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingandevaluationprogramsforfirstresponders(FRs).Atthebeginningoftheprogram,studentsshallbeinformedofthecourseobjectivesandrequirementsforsuccessfulcompletion.Thisguideisnotintendedforuseasatrainingguideforemergencyambulancepersonnel.1.1ThisguidecoverstheminimumtrainingstandardsforFirstResponders(FRs)whomayberesponsiblefortheinitialcareofsickandinjuredpersonsofallagesintheprehospitalenvironment.1.2ThescopeoftrainingwillbeinaccordancewithGuideF1287.1.3Includedinthisguideisastandardforknowledgeandskillevaluation.1.4Thisguidedoesnotsuggestaparticulartrainingsequence.Operatingwithintheframeworkofthisguidemayexposeemergencymedicalservicepersonneltohazardousmaterials,proceduresandequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautionarystatements,seethedocumentscitedin.
