【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodfortheroutineextractionofaquaregiasolubleelements(aslistedinannexB)fromsoilimproversorgrowingmedia.Materialscontainingmorethanabout28%(m/m)organicmatterwillrequiretreatmentwithadditionalnitricacid.Withhighsoluteconcentrationsinextractsolutions,spectralinterference'sandbackgroundenhancementshouldbeexpected.Themethodisnotapplicabletolimingmaterialsandpreformedmaterialssuchasmineralwoolslabsandfoamslabs.NOTE1Aquaregiawillnottotallydissolvemostsoilimproversorgrowingmedia,andtheefficiencyofextractionforparticularelementsdiffersfromelementtoelement.Suchefficiencymightalsodifferforthesameelementindifferentmatrices.Elementsextractableinaquaregiacannottherefore,bedescribedas"Totals";converselytheycannotberegardedasthe"bio-available"fraction,astheextractionprocedureistoovigoroustorepresentanybiologicalprocess.NOTE2Therequirementsofthestandardmaydifferfromthenationallegalrequirementsforthedeclarationoftheproductsconcerned.
