【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversautoclavedaeratedconcrete(AAC),acementitiousproductbasedoncalciumsilicatehydratesinwhichlowdensityisattainedbytheinclusionofanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoids,andinwhichcuringiscarriedoutusinghigh-pressuresteam.1.2Therawmaterialsusedintheproductionofautoclavedaeratedconcreteareportlandcementorblendedcements,quartzsand,water,lime,gypsumoranhydrite,andanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoids.Thequartzsandusedasarawmaterialmaybereplacedbyasiliceousfineaggregateotherthansand,andusuallyisgroundtoafinepowderbeforeuse.Flyashmaybeusedasasandreplacement.Thebatchedrawmaterialsaremixedthoroughlytogethertoformaslurry.Theslurryiscastintosteelmolds.Duetothechemicalreactionsthattakeplacewithintheslurry,thevolumeexpands.Aftersetting,andbeforehardening,themassismachinecutintounitsofvarioussizes.Theunitsthenaresteam-curedunderpressureinautoclaveswherethematerialistransformedintoahardcalciumsilicate.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection6,7,and8.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthebasicmethodandrequirementsfordesign,construction,testingandmarkingofnon-electricalequipmentintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresinairofgas,vapour,mistanddusts.Thisstandardisvalidforatmosphereshavingpressuresrangingfrom0,8barto1,Ibarandtemperaturesrangingfrom-20OCto+60OC.Suchatmospherescanalsoexistinsidetheequipment.Theexternalatmospherecanbedrawninsidetheequipmentbynaturalbreathing,producedasaresultoffluctuationsintheequipment'sinternaloperatingpressureand/ortemperature.Thisstandardcanalsobehelpfulforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofequipmentintendedforuseinatmospheresoutsidethevalidityrangestatedabovebutinthiscase,theignitionriskassessment,ignitionprotectionprovided,additionaltesting(ifnecessary),manufacturer'stechnicaldocumentationandinstructionstotheuser,shouldclearlydemonstrateandindicatetheequipment'ssuitabilityfortheconditionsitmayencounter.NOTE1validitysuchasanoxygen-enrichedatmosphere.ThisstandarddoesnotcoveradditionalmarkingforequipmentintendedforuseoutsidethescopeofitsItspecifiestherequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofequipment,intendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresinconformitywithallcategoriesofGroupIandII.ThisEuropeanStandardcanbesupplementedbyEuropeanStandardsconcerningthespecifictypesofignitionprotectioncurrentlyinpreparation.NOTE2Thesestandardsaregivenbelow:prEN13463-2,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbyflow-restrictingenclosure(fd.prEN13463-3,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbyflame-proofenclosure(d).prEN13463-4,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbyinherentsafety(g).prEN13463-5,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbyconstructionalsafety(c).prEN13463-6,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbycontrolofignitionsources(b).prEN13463-7,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbypressurization(p).prEN13463-8,Non-electricalequipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres-Protectionbyliquidimmersion(k).EN50303,GroupI,categoryMIequipmentintendedtoremainfunctionalinatmospheresendangeredbyfiredampandlorcoal-dust.NOTE3Whereitisimpracticabletoavoidalleffectivesourcesofignition,explosionprotectioncanalsobeachievedby,e.g.inerting,suppression,ventingorcontainmentasdescribedinEN1127-1forGroupIIequipmentorforexamplebydilution,drainage,monitoringandshut-downasdescribedinprEN1127-2forGroupIequipment.Suchexplosionprotectionmethodsareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.NOTE4ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsofcontrollingtheriskofignitionofexplosiveatmospheresbyequipment.Thesecannotbesufficientforsometypesofpowder-handlingequipmentthatcreateadustcloudinsideanenclosureduringnormaloperation.Insuchcases,oneormoreoftheprotectivesystemsdescribedin6.5ofEN1127-1:1997shouldbeadopted.ThemeansadoptedforlimitingtheeffectsofignitionsinminingsystemsareNOTE5Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
