【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079isapplicabletoelectricalequipmentprotectedbyenclosureandsurfacetemperaturelimitationforuseinexplosivedustatmospheres.Itspecifiesrequirementsfordesign,constructionandtestingofelectricalequipment.ThisstandardsupplementsandmodifiesthegeneralrequirementsofIEC60079-0.WherearequirementofthisstandardconflictswitharequirementofIEC60079-0,therequirementofthisstandardshalltakeprecedence.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytodustsofexplosives,whichdonotrequireatmosphericoxygenforcombustion,ortopyrophoricsubstances.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoelectricalequipmentintendedforuseinundergroundpartsofminesaswellasthosepartsofsurfaceinstallationsofsuchminesendangeredbyfiredampand/orcombustibledust.Thisstandarddoesnottakeaccountofanyriskduetoanemissionofflammableortoxicgasfromthedust.NOTE1Theapplicationofelectricalequipmentinatmospheres,whichmaycontaincombustibledustaswellasexplosivegas,whethersimultaneouslyorseparately,mayrequireadditionalprotectivemeasures.NOTE2Wheretheequipmenthastomeetotherenvironmentalconditions,forexample,protectionagainstingressofwaterandresistancetocorrosion,additionalmethodsofprotectionmaybenecessary.Themethodusedshouldnotadverselyaffecttheintegrityoftheenclosure.
