【摘要】:ITappliestopackaged,self-containedorfactorymatchedhydrogengenerationsystemswithacapacityoflessthan400m3/hat0°Cand101,325kPa,hereinreferredtoashydrogengenerators,thatconvertaninputfueltoahydrogen-richstreamofcompositionandconditionssuitableforthetypeofdeviceusingthehydrogen(e.g.afuelcellpowersystemorahydrogencompression,storageanddeliverysystem).Itappliestohydrogengeneratorsusingoneoracombinationofthefollowinginputfuels:—naturalgasandothermethane-richgasesderivedfromrenewable(biomass)orfossilfuelsources,e.g.landfillgas,digestergas,coalminegas;—fuelsderivedfromoilrefining,e.g.diesel,gasoline,kerosene,liquefiedpetroleumgasessuchaspropaneandbutane;—alcohols,esters,ethers,aldehydes,ketones,Fischer-Tropschliquidsandothersuitablehydrogen-richorganiccompoundsderivedfromrenewable(biomass)orfossilfuelsources,e.g.methanol,ethanol,di-methylether,biodiesel;—gaseousmixturescontaininghydrogengas,e.g.synthesisgas,towngas.Itisapplicabletostationaryhydrogengeneratorsintendedforindoorandoutdoorcommercial,industrial,lightindustrialandresidentialuse.Itaimstocoverallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohydrogengenerators,withtheexceptionofthoseassociatedwithenvironmentalcompatibility(installationconditions),whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.
