【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesagravimetricmethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesincylindersofwhichthetargetaccuracyofthecompositionhasbeenpre-defined.Itisapplicableonlytomixturesofgaseousortotallyvaporizedcomponentswhichdonotreactwitheachotherorwiththecylinderwalls.Aprocedureisgivenforamethodofpreparationbasedonrequirementsforthefinalgasmixturecompositiontobewithinpresetlevelsofuncertainty.Multi-componentgasmixtures(includingnaturalgas)andmultipledilutionmixturesareincludedinthisInternationalStandardandareconsideredtobespecialcasesofthesinglecomponentgravimetricpreparationmethod.ThisInternationalStandardalsodescribestheprocedureforverifyingthecompositionofgravimetricallypreparedcalibrationgases.Providedrigorousandcomprehensivequalityassuranceandqualitycontrolproceduresareadoptedduringthepreparationandvalidationofthesegravimetricgasmixtures,calibrationgasesofthehighestaccuracycanbeobtainedforawiderangeofgasmixtures,incomparisonwithothermethodsofpreparingsuchgases.
