【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddetailsaclassificationofimperfectionsthatcanoccurinbrazingjoints.Inadditionguidanceisprovidedonqualitylevelsandsuggestedlimitsforimperfectionsaredetailed.Forrequirementsnotcoveredbythisstandard,referenceistobemadetoothersources,e.g.statutoryregulations,codesofpracticeandtechnicaldeliveryconditions.Noinformationisgivenonhowimperfectionsaretobeassessedinindividualcasesbecausethisdependsontherequirementsfortheparticularbrazedjoint.Theseimperfectionsarenotalwaysdetectablebytheuseofnon-destructivetestingalone.Thestandardcoversonlyimperfectionsthatcanoccurinconnectionwithbrazingwithouttheeffectofanyadditionalserviceloads.Onlythetype,shapeandpositionofsuchimperfectionsarecovered;noindicationisgivenoftheconditionsofoccurrenceorcauses.Forrequirementsforbrazedjointswhicharerelevantandessentialtotheparticularfunctionofthecomponent,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantdocumentation,e.g.manufacturingdocumentsorproceduresheets.NOTEItisimportantthattheserequirementsbepreciselyprescribedandthatcompliancewiththembeverifiable.Compliancemaybeestablishedbytestingeitherthebrazedassemblyitselforatestpieceproducedundercomparableconditions.Therequirementsshouldbeestablishedandfullydocumentedbeforeanyclassificationisundertaken.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotlaydownrequirementsforacceptancelevelsforimperfectionssincethesewilldifferverymarkedly,dependingontheapplication,butitdoessuggestsomequalitylevelswhichmaybeofvalueintheabsenceofmoredetailedinformation.
